The last time we had a deflationary environment brought on by a collapse in asset prices and the velocity of money was the Great Depression. That only ended once World War II broke out.

yes but i think that was covered broadly by the "geopolitical" risks they outlined.
Risks to the outlook include 1) a commodity supply crunch or geopolitical shock that leads to a sustained rise in commodity prices
